Technically there is no real difference between the last RC version and the Release version, unless a major fault is discovered and the update gets pushed back at the last minutes before Release and another RC version is generated with 'fixes'. My guess is that MacUpdate is going by the last Beta build of Firefox 69 which is a "Release Candidate", and projecting that Mozilla will start the actual release process per the schedule - which is usually a safe bet or guess. But typically those other sites don't repackaged Firefox and include "extras" as MacUpdate has been caught doing. MacUpdate isn't the only website doing that pretty common for Windows or general websites / software news sites to post a link to the last RC version as the Release version.
